What we process
When you paste a link, the link and the technical details needed to fulfil the request (timestamp, coarse request rate) are processed. A short audio snippet of the content is read on the server, sent to the AudD recognition service to identify the song, and deleted immediately afterwards.
What we do not do
No uploads from your device, no accounts, no advertising profiles built from your activity here, no selling of data. Links you paste are not published and do not appear to other visitors. We never ask for your social-account passwords or cookies.
Third-party processing
The audio snippet is processed by the AudD music-recognition service under its own privacy policy. Deleting our copy does not delete the provider’s copy; its retention rules apply. Trending pages reference only public platform metadata.
Cookies
The tool works without tracking cookies. If advertising is enabled later, its providers may set their own cookies under their policies; that will be described here before it happens.
